危险化学品安全管控与应急救援对策

Safety Management and Control of Hazardous Chemicals and Emergency Rescue Countermeasures

危险化学品的特征是高危害性,涉及危险化学品事故与其性质有关,也与外部环境有关。为此,严格控制危险化学品是非常重要的工作。对于危险化学品管理,除了减少外部干扰的情况外,还需要做好救援工作,核心业务是保障危险化学品应用安全,是预防和控制事故发生的根本途径。基于此,本文提出了危险化学品加强安全管理工作,并根据管控问题提出了具体的应急救援对策,以期为相关人员提供参考。

Hazardous chemicals are characterized by high hazard.Accidents involving hazardous chemicals are related to their nature and the external environment.Therefore,it is very important to strictly control hazardous chemicals.For hazardous chemicals management,in addition to reducing external interference,rescue work also needs to be done well.The core business is to ensure the application safety of hazardous chemicals,which is the fundamental way to prevent and control accidents.Based on this,this paper proposes to strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals,and puts forward specific emergency rescue countermeasures according to the control problems,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
