摘要
QuEChERS提取技术是一种近年来兴起并快速得到运用推行的前处理技术,其凭借诸多的优点在农药残留领域被广泛运用。该技术基于固相萃取法(SPE),利用吸附剂与基质中杂质的相互作用,从而达到净化的目的。方法比SPE操作更简便,净化效果好。本文综述了近年来QuEChERS技术在不同领域的农药残留检测中的研究进展及对其未来的发展进行了展望,旨在为今后QuEChERS方法在农药残留检测领域的进一步开发利用提供参考。
QuEChERS extraction technology is a pre-treatment technology that has emerged in recent years and has been quickly applied and promoted.It is widely used in the field of pesticide residues with many advantages.The technology is based on solid phase extraction(SPE),which uses the interaction of adsorbents and impurities in the matrix to achieve the purpose of purification.The method is easier to operate than SPE,and the purification effect is better.This article reviews the research progress of QuEChERS technology in pesticide residue detection in different fields in recent years and prospects for its future development,the aim is to provide a reference for the further development and application of the QuEChERS method in the field of pesticide residue identification in the future.
