摘要 本文基于回归分析模型主要讨论C4烯烃转化率和乙醇转化率与其影响因素的关系。首先,通过可视化实验数据,利用最小二乘法对数据进行回归处理,得到乙醇的转化率与温度的关系和C4烯烃的选择性与温度的关系。然后,结合SPSS的相关性分析,给出350°的时间与测试结果的影响关系。最后,通过回归模型分析对不同催化剂组合及温度对乙醇转化率以及C4烯烃选择性大小的影响,得到上述两者共同影响下乙醇转化率及C4烯烃选择性的关系表达式。 Based on the regression analysis model,this paper mainly discusses the relationship between C4 olefin conversion and ethanol conversion and their influencing factors.Firstly,the relationship between ethanol conversion and temperature and the relationship between C4 olefin selectivity and temperature are obtained by visualizing the experimental data and using the least square method.Then,combined with the correlation analysis of SPSS,the influence relationship between 350 degree time and test results is given.Finally,the effects of different catalyst combinations and temperatures on ethanol conversion and C4 olefin selectivity were analyzed by regression model,and the relationship expressions of ethanol conversion and C4 olefin selectivity under the joint influence of the above two were obtained.
