关于城市碳通量监测体系建立的思路

Ideas on the Establishment of Urban Carbon Flux Monitoring System

为应对温室效应带来的气候变化及其危害,我国政府向世界做出了“2030年前实现碳达峰,并努力争取2060年前实现碳中和”的CO_(2)减排承诺,并鼓励有相关基础城市成为“双碳试点”,率先开展碳通量监测工作,为“双碳”工作提供数据支撑。本文结合已开展碳通量监测城市工作经验,通过分析目前碳通量监测工作现状,为城市碳通量监测的开展提供了相关工作思路。

To deal with the climate change and harm brought by the greenhouse effect,Chinese government has made a carbon dioxide reduc-tion commitments to the world:Peak carbon emissions by 2030 and strive for carbon neutrality before 2060.Cities with basic infrastructure are en-couraged to become“dual-carbon pilot”and take the lead in conducting carbon flux monitoring,to provide data support for“dual-carbon”work.Based on the experience of urban carbon flux monitoring,this paper analyzes the current status of carbon flux monitoring and provides relevant work-ing ideas for urban carbon flux monitoring.
