摘要
为了探讨互花米草入侵年限对湿地沉积物氮素矿化速率的影响,采集8个入侵时间不同的表层沉积物,利用连续淹水培养法对沉积物氮素矿化过程进行测定。结果表明:矿化速率随着培养时间的延长呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其值由6.92mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)降至0.01mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1);矿化速率与含水率、TN、NH^(4+)-N呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与pH、电导率、C/N均无相关关系(P>0.05);矿化速率与互花米草入侵导致的湿地沉积物中理化性质和生物要素的改变有关。
In order to explore the influence of spartina alterniflora invasion years on the nitrogen mineralization rate of wetland sediments,8 surface sediments with different invasion times were collected,and the nitrogen mineralization process of sediments was measured by continuous flood-ing culture method.The results show that the mineralization rate increased first and then decreased with the extension of the incubation time,and its value decreased from 6.92 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)to 0.01 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1).The mineralization rate was proportional to water content,TN,NH^(4+)-N are significantly neg-atively correlated(P<0.05),and have no correlation with pH,conductivity,and C/N(P>0.05).The mineralization rate is related to the changes of physical and chemical properties and biological elements in wetland sediments caused by spartina alterniflora invasion.
