摘要
为解决深水气田水下生产系统经常出现的冻堵等水合物生成问题以及段塞等严重影响管道集输的问题,通过分析各种生产工况下海底天然气输送管道内的温度、压力、气液相流量、积液量的变化规律,从而为预测海管运行参数的变化、制定合理的海管运行方案,防止管道内生成水合物提供重要的理论依据,通过开展项目研发出一套流动性保障分析理论,并形成一套模拟分析软件,为天然气水下生产提供指导。
In order to solve the problems of hydrate formation such as freezing plugging and slugs that often occur in the underwater produc-tion system of deepwater gas fields,and the problems that seriously affect pipeline gathering and transportation,the temperature,pressure,pressure and temperature in the submarine natural gas pipeline under various production conditions were analyzed.The change law of gas-liquid flow rate and liquid accumulation amount can provide an important theoretical basis for predicting changes in operating parameters of subsea pipelines,formulat-ing reasonable subsea pipeline operation plans,and preventing hydrate formation in pipelines.A set of liquidity assurance analysis theory and a set of simulation analysis software are formed to provide guidance for underwater natural gas production.
