An Energy Saving Measure for Calcium Carbide Production

本文对电石生产的节能措施进行了总结,对比了熔融电石显热回收的方法,并提出了一种熔融电石热量回收的新方法。此方法采用导热油作为熔融电石的热量回收载体,导热油吸收的热量作为蒸汽锅炉的热源生产中压蒸汽,实现熔融电石显热的有效利用。

This paper summarizes the energy-saving measures of calcium carbide production,compares the methods of sensible heat recovery of molten calcium carbide,and puts forward a new method of heat recovery of molten calcium carbide.In this method,heat transfer oil is used as the heat recovery carrier of molten calcium carbide,and the heat absorbed by heat transfer oil is used as the heat source of steam boiler to produce medium pressure steam,so as to realize the effective utilization of sensible heat of molten calcium carbide.
