摘要 随着居民生活水平的提高,消费者对优质营养健康食物的需求日趋增长,中国农业与食物生产正由“增产导向”加快向“提质导向”转变,需加快推进农产品优质优价发展。从“优质”和“优价”两个角度出发,探究农产品优质优价发展的制约因素,对影响中国农产品优质优价机制形成的农产品质量评价体系、价格形成机制、政府及市场环境等因素分别进行梳理。最后,针对性地提出了推动中国农产品优质优价的对策建议,展望了未来农产品优质优价的发展趋势。 With the improvement of residents’living standards,the demand for high-quality nutritious and healthy food is ever-growing.China’s agriculture and food production are changing from production oriented to quality oriented,and it needs to accelerate the development of high-quality and higher price agro-products.The influencing factors that restrict the development of higher quality and higher price of agro-products were explored from the perspective of higher quality and higher price,and factors affect the mechanism of higher quality and higher price of agricultural products in China were summarized and sorted out from China’s current agricultural products quality evaluation system,price formation mechanism,governance and marketing environment.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions to improve higher quality and higher price in China were put forward,and the future development trend of higher-quality and higher price agro-products was forecasted.
