乡村振兴战略下新疆县域休闲农业发展路径分析

Path of the County-level Agritourism Development in Xinjiang under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

目前乡村振兴战略下休闲农业发展呈现逐步升级趋势,人才缺失导致县域休闲农业发展面临困境。以乌鲁木齐县为例,对现阶段乡村振兴背景下县域休闲农业发展存在的问题进行分析发现,专业人才缺失、文化特色不强与产业之间融合程度不高等问题严重制约县域休闲农业的发展。基于此,提出县域休闲农业发展中,应创新休闲农业宣传营销方式,构建休闲农业整体管理体系以及增强休闲农业可持续发展的思路,为县域休闲农业发展提供路径选择。

At present,under the strategy of rural revitalization,the development of leisure agriculture is gradually upgrading,and the lack of talents leads to the dilemma of county leisure agriculture development.Taking Urumqi county as an example,the problems existing in the development of county leisure agriculture under the background of rural revitalization were analyzed,and it was found that lack of professionals,weak cultural characteristics and low degree of integration between industries seriously restrict the development of county leisure agriculture.Based on this,it was proposed that in the development of county leisure agriculture,we should innovate the propaganda and marketing mode of leisure agriculture,build the overall management system of leisure agriculture,and enhance the sustainable development of leisure agriculture,so as to provide path selection for the development of county leisure agriculture.
