2021 sepsis guideline:review and reflections on clinical researches

拯救脓毒症运动(surviving sepsis campaign,SSC)2021年脓毒症与脓毒性休克管理国际指南已发表。指南就脓毒症筛查与早期治疗、抗感染、血流动力学管理、机械通气、辅助治疗、远期结局与目标治疗等方面提出推荐意见,一经发表便引起广泛关注与争议。本文结合新指南,就近两年脓毒症领域的热点研究进行回顾与分析,以期为临床实践及后续科研工作提供参考。

Recently,the Surviving Sepsis Campaign(SSC)International Guidelines for the Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock 2021 have been published online.The guidelines provide the recommendations on screening and early treatment of sepsis,anti-infection,hemodynamic management,mechanical ventilation,adjuvant therapy,long-term outcomes and target therapy,which has aroused widespread concern and controversy after the publication.Combined with the new guidelines,this paper reviews and analyzes hot researches in the field of sepsis in the past two years,so as to provide references for clinical practice and following research.
