摘要
脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage, ICH)是指原发性非外伤性脑实质内出血,是致死率极高的卒中亚型。目前针对ICH的治疗手段极其有限。神经炎症在ICH后早期继发性脑损伤和后期促进神经功能恢复的过程中占据重要地位。本综述将阐述有关ICH后具有双向调控神经炎症的小胶质细胞、淋巴细胞、凝血酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9和可能通过调控神经炎症来治疗ICH的药物或联合外科干预,且该药物已经被广泛用于治疗其他中枢神经系统疾病,有利于临床使用。
Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) is primary non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage, which is a subtype of stroke with high mortality. The treatment of ICH to date is extremely limited. Neuroinflammation plays an important role in the process of early secondary brain injury and late neural function recovery after ICH. This review will describe the microglia, lymphocytes, thrombin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 which have bidirectional regulation of neuroinflammation after ICH, and surgery and the drugs that not only have been widely used in the treatment of other central nervous system, but also is highly possible to treat ICH by regulating neuroinflammation, which is convenient to clinical apply.
