突发事件情境下框架效应对哈尔滨市某高校医学生风险决策行为的影响

Influence of Framing Effect on Medical Students'Risk Decision-making Behavior in a University in the Context of Emergencies

目的:探讨突发事件情境下框架效应对医学生风险决策行为的影响,为提高医学生应急决策能力提供参考。方法:对某医科大学的临床医学专业学生展开问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:共调查204人,公共卫生和社会安全事件情境下,医学生在生命、财产救援任务中的风险决策行为倾向均有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同突发事件和任务框架下医学生在生命救援任务中选择冒险方案的人数更多;医学生的风险决策行为倾向分别与任务框架、任务情境交互作用显著(P<0.001)。结论:在突发事件决策过程中医学生群体存在框架效应,医学生的风险决策行为受任务情境和任务框架的影响。

Objective:To explore the influence of framing effect on medical students'risk decision-making behavior in the context of emergencies,so as to provide reference for improving the ability of emergency decision-making of medical students.Methods:Clinical medicine students were investigated by questionnaires from a medical university,and the data was analyzed statistically.Results:A total of 204 college students were surveyed.In the context of public health and social security incidents,there were significant differences in the risk decision-making tendency of medical students in life and property rescue tasks(P<0.05).Under the different emergencies and task frameworks,the number of medical students choosing risk plans in life rescue missions was greater.The risk tendency of medical students interacted significantly with the task framework and task context respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion:There exists a framing effect on the group of medical students in the emergency decision-making process,and the risk decision-making behavior of medical students is affected by the task context and task framework.
