安徽省部分地区基层医生对人工智能技术应用的态度及需求调查

Investigation on the Application Attitude and Demand of Artificial Intelligence Technology Among Grassroots Doctors in Some Areas of Anhui Province

目的:了解基层医生对人工智能技术在医疗领域应用的态度以及需求情况,为设计和推广医疗领域人工智能技术提供参考。方法:对基层医生进行问卷调查,描述其对人工智能技术的应用态度和需求情况。结果:共调查282人,明确赞成人工智能在临床诊疗活动中、在慢性病管理中以及在医学影像中应用的分别占70.9%、76.6%和75.2%,期待未来人工智能技术在这些医学活动中应用的分别占75.9%、78.3%和79.9%。基层医生对档案信息领域、辅助诊断领域和审核处理领域的人工智能技术需求均存在着性别、年龄、学历、从医时长、所在机构和科室差异(P<0.05)。结论:基层医生对人工智能技术在医疗领域中应用有较大的需求,但设计和推广医疗领域人工智能技术时需要考虑医生所在科室和机构等差异。

Objective:To understand the attitude and demand of grassroots doctors towards the application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field,so as to provide reference for the design and promotion of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field.Methods:Grassroots doctors were selected to fill in questionnaires,their attitudes towards the application of artificial intelligence technology and the demand situation were described.Results:A total of 282 doctors were surveyed,70.9%,76.6%and 75.2%of them were in favor of the application of artificial intelligence in clinical diagnosis and treatment,chronic disease management and medical imaging respectively.75.9%,78.3%and 79.9%of them were expected to apply artificial intelligence technology in these medical activities respectively.There were differences in gender,age,education background,length of medical service,institution and department in the artificial intelligence technology demands of grassroots doctors in the field of archival information,auxiliary diagnosis and audit processing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grassroots doctors have a great demand for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field.However,differences in the departments and institutions of doctors should be considered when designing and promoting artificial intelligence technology in the medical field.
