摘要 目的:分析中国移动医疗领域的技术发展现状与创新趋势,为相关企业技术研发战略布局和移动医疗产业政策制定提供参考。方法:采用专利信息检索与专利技术关联系数进行分析。结果:中国移动医疗技术创新正由技术生命周期的技术成长阶段向技术成熟阶段过渡,IPC分类号为A61B、G06F、H04L、G16H、G06Q的五个技术分支领域的专利申请量超过总申请量的3/4。G16H在2015年后的申请量迅速增加,说明围绕G16H技术分支进行的健康管理领域技术创新与应用将成为新的创新点。结论:中国移动医疗领域仍有很大的技术创新空间。应当加快推进医疗照护机构、第三方服务平台和个人之间医疗卫生信息的互联共享,通过开发相应的移动平台与应用,实现信息的无缝实时集成。 Objective:To analyze the technology development status and innovation trend of China's mobile health field,and provide reference for the strategic layout of technology research and development of related companies and the formulation of mobile medical industry policies.Methods:Patent information retrieval and patent technology correlation coefficient were used to analyze.Results:China mobile health technology innovation was transforming from the technology growth stage of the technology life cycle to the technology mature stage.The number of patent applications in the five technology branch areas with IPC numbers A61B,G06F,H04L,G16H and G06Q exceeded 3/4 of the total number of applications.The number of applications for G16H increased rapidly after 2015,indicating that technological innovation and application in the field of health management around the G16H technology branch would become a new innovation point.Conclusion:There is still a lot of room for technological innovation in the field of mobile health in China.The interconnection and sharing of medical and health information among medical care institutions,third-party service platforms,and individuals should be accelerated,and seamless real-time integration of information should be achieved through the development of corresponding mobile platforms and applications.
