摘要
开放教育资源是开放大学最重要的数据资产之一,是开放大学的核心竞争力。在开放大学办学体系集体更名和转型背景下,探讨开放教育资源质量问题并提出可持续性发展对策显得重要而紧迫。文章采用实证分析与研究方法,论述了开放大学体系内部资源质量问题,总结了开放教育资源质量止步不前的原因,从开放教育资源建设主体、客体(学习者)、资源质量、平台和技术、资源考核评价体系、政策支持等方面提出了对策思考。
Open educational resources are one of the most important data assets of open universities and the core competitiveness of open universities. Under the background of collective renaming and transformation of the open university system, it is important and urgent to discuss the quality of open education resources and put forward sustainable development countermeasures. By means of empirical analysis and research methods, this paper discusses the open university system internal resources quality problems, summarizes the reasons for the quality of open education resources stalled, from a subject, object(the learner), open education resources construction, resources, quality, platforms, and technology as well as resource assessment evaluation system, and puts forward some countermeasures for policy support, etc.
