协同治理视阈下开放大学思政课网络教学团队建设的困境与对策分析 被引量:2

摘要 开放大学基于信息网络教学优势,正在建设一支思想过硬、层次多样、结构丰富、辐射面广的思政课网络教学团队。在协同治理的视阈下,文章从主体、制度、运行机制三个要素入手,对开放大学思政课网络教学团队建设进行分析,指出其存在团队成员数量不足且结构有待优化、团队制度对成员学术职业发展的支持力度有待加强、团队运行机制有待完善等困境,并从多元主体实践路径、多层制度保障路径、三重运行机制路径等方面提出纾困策略,为推动开放大学思政课网络教学团队建设提供借鉴和参考。 Based on the advantages of information network teaching,open university is building strong-minded,multi-level rich structures with a wide range of ideological&political theory course network teaching teams.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the construction of the ideological&political theory course network teaching team in open university from three factors:the main body,the system,and the operating mechanism.It points out that there are some difficulties such as the insufficient number of team members and the need to optimize the structure,the need to strengthen the support of team system to the members'academic career development,and the need to optimize the team operating mechanism,and from the multi-subject practice path,the multi-layer system guarantee path,the triple operating mechanism path and so on proposed the relief strategy,provide the reference and the reference for the promotion open university ideological and political theory course network teaching team construction.
