全身麻醉药物在剖宫产手术中的应用现状

Application status of general anesthesia drugs in cesarean section

随着我国剖宫产率不断增高,产科全身麻醉的数量也明显增加,由于产妇的生理机能相对于正常成人已经发生明显的改变,所以在实施全身麻醉时不能简单地仅凭经验用药或者照搬成人,要准确把握各种药物的适应证。全身麻醉药物在剖宫产术中、术后缓解产妇焦虑、紧张情绪,疼痛以及减少并发症十分重要。本文通过对近年来大量文献进行分析总结,着重对剖宫产手术中全身麻醉药物的研究进展进行综述,为麻醉医生更安全地在剖宫产手术中使用全身麻醉药物提供更多的参考依据。

With the increasing rate of cesarean section in China,the number of general anesthesia in obstetrics has increased obviously.The physiology of parturient women has changed obviously compared with normal adults,so the implementation of general anesthesia can not simply rely on experience or copy adults.The indications of various drugs should be accurately grasped.General anesthesia drugs are important for the relief of anxiety and tension and pain during and after cesarean section and for the decrease of postoperative complications.This paper analyzes and summarizes a large number of literature in recent years,and focuses on the research progress of general anesthesia drugs in cesarean section surgery,so as to provide more reference for anesthesiologists to use general anesthesia drugs in cesarean section surgery more safely.
