自由体位助产联合分娩球护理在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of free position midwifery combined with delivery ball nursing in natural delivery women

目的探讨自由体位助产联合分娩球护理在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月在五莲县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇产科进行自然分娩的240例产妇进行回顾性分析,按护理方法的不同分为对照组和实验组,每组各120例。对照组给予基础护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予自由体位助产联合分娩球护理,观察两组产妇的护理有效率、分娩并发症发生情况及疼痛程度。结果实验组的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇自然分娩中,使用自由体位助产联合分娩球护理方式,能显著提高护理有效率,减少并发症发生,降低疼痛程度,在临床分娩护理中有一定的应用效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of free position midwifery c ombined with delivery ball nursing in natural delivery women.Methods From January 2018 to January 2021,240 women who underwent natural delivery in Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Wulian County were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into control group and experimental group by different nursing methods,120 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,and the experimental group was given free position midwifery combined with delivery ball nursing on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of maternal care,the incidence of childbirth complications and the degree of pain in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of natural delivery,the use of free position midwifery combined with delivery ball nursing can significantly improve the nursing efficiency,reduce the occurrence of complications,and reduce the degree of pain.It has a certain application effect in clinical delivery care.
