ISBAR标准化沟通模式在儿科医护沟通中的应用

Application of ISBAR standard communication mode in pediatric medical communication

目的探讨ISBAR标准化沟通模式在儿科医护沟通中的应用效果。方法2018年9月至2019年3月将某三级甲等医院20名儿科护士按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各10名。对照组护士按照日常临床工作习惯与医生沟通,试验组采用ISBAR标准化沟通模式,比较临床工作中医生对护理工作的满意度、医生做出判断并开具医嘱时间、患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。结果医生对试验组的护理工作满意度高于对照组,医生做出判断并开具医嘱时间短于对照组,患儿家属对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科采用ISBAR标准化沟通模式可提高护理工作质量,增加患儿家属对医护的信任感和满意度,进一步保障患儿的安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of ISBAR standard communication mode in pediatric medical communication.Methods From September 2018 to March 2019,20 pediatric nurs es of a tertiary Clas s A Hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,10 cases in each group.Nurses in the control group communicated with doctors according to their daily clinical work habits,while the experimental group adopted the ISBAR standard communication mode.The satisfaction of doctors with nursing work,the time of doctors making judgments and issuing medical orders,and the satisfaction of children’s family members with nursing work in clinical work were compared.Results The satisfaction of doctors with nursing work in the experimenta l group was higher than that in the control group,the time of doctors making judgments and issuing medical orders was shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of the family members of the children with nursing work was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of ISBAR standard communication mode in pediatrics can improve the quality of nursing work,increase the parents’sense of trust and satisfaction in healthcare,and further gua rantee the safety of children.
