达格列净联合二甲双胍对超重2型糖尿病患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Dagligin in Combination with Metformin on Blood Pressure and Vascular Endothelial Function in Overweight Type-2 Diabetes Patients

目的探究达格列净+二甲双胍对超重T2DM(2型糖尿病)患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年5月郑州人民医院收治的120例超重T2DM患者,按照随机数字表法1∶1配对原则分为观察组(n=60)、对照组(n=60),其中对照组给予二甲双胍,观察组给予达格列净+二甲双胍,对比两组血糖[HbAlc(糖化血红蛋白)、FBG(空腹血糖)、2 h-PG(餐后2 h血糖)]水平、血压[SBP(收缩压)、DBP(舒张压)]水平、血管内皮功能[VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)、CTRP9(人C1q/TNF相关蛋白9)、OX-LDL(氧化型低密度脂蛋白)]及胰岛素功能[HOMA-IR(稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数)、HOMA-β(胰岛β细胞功能指数)、FINS(空腹胰岛素)]。结果治疗3个月后观察组HbAlc、FBG、2 h-PG、DBP、SBP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组OX-LDL、VEGF低于对照组,CTRP9高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组HOMA-IR水平低于对照组,HOMA-β、FINS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达格列净+二甲双胍应用于超重T2DM患者可有效改善血糖、血压水平,提高血管内皮功能、胰岛素功能,利于病情恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of dagliazin combined with metformin on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in overweight patients with T2DM(type 2 diabetes mellitus).Methods Selecting 120 overweight T2DM patients admitted to Zhengzhou People's Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021.According to the random number table method of 1∶1 pairing principle,patients are divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was given metformin,the observation group was given daglipin combined with metformin.The blood glucose[HbAlc(HbA1c),FBG(fasting glucose),2 h-PG(2 h postprandial glucose)],blood pressure[SBP(systolic BP),DBP(diastolic blood pressure)]levels,vascular endothelial function[VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor),CTRP9(human C1q/TNF related protein 9),OX-LDL(oxidized low density lipoprotein)]and insulin function[HOMA-IR(homeostatic model insulin resistance index),HOMA-(pancreatic cell function index),FINS(fasting insulin)]were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months treatment,the levels of HbAlc,FBG,2 h-PG,DBP,and SBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),The OX-LDL and VEGF in the observation group were lower than the control group and CTRP9 was higher than the control group(P<0.05),The HOMA-IR level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and HOMA-βand FINS were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin application in overweight T2DM patients can effectively improve blood glucose and blood pressure level,improve vascular endothelium and insulin function,and facilitate disease recovery.
