无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉的临床研究

Clinical Study of High Frequency Electrocoagulation Resection Under Painless Gastroscope in the Treatment of Gastric Polyps

目的分析胃息肉患者中应用无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术的治疗效果。方法选取在新郑市人民医院接受治疗的82例胃息肉患者,收治的时间为2018年3月至2020年3月,按照不同的治疗方法,将所有的患者分为无痛组和常规组,各41例,其中无痛组患者行无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术处理,常规组患者行常规胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗。将两组治疗后的近期手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间)、切除成功率、疾病复发率以及术后并发症等各项指标进行对比。结果无痛组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无痛组随访半年记录的切除成功率高于常规组,疾病复发率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无痛组术后出现腹胀、腹痛及消化道穿孔等并发症的患者例数低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃息肉患者临床治疗中,应用无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术可以获得较理想的近期手术效果,可提高切除成功率,减少术后并发症发生,并降低疾病的复发率。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of painless gastroscopic high frequency electrocoagulation in patients with gastric polyps.Methods Selecting 82 patients with gastric polyps treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020.According to different treatment methods,all patients were divided into painless group and conventional group,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in painless group were treated with painless gastroscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation,and the patients in conventional group were treated with conventional gastroscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation.The recent operation indexes(operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay),resection success rate,disease recurrence rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the painless group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The success rate of resection recorded in the painless group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the recurrence rate of the disease was lower than that of the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of patients with postoperative complications such as abdominal distension,abdominal pain and gastrointestinal perforation in the painless group was lower than that in the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with gastric polyps,the application of painless gastroscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection can obtain an ideal short-term surgical effect,improve the success rate of resection,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
