优质护理在支气管哮喘患者护理中的效果及对肺部功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of High-quality Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Bronchial Asthma and Its Influence on Pulmonary Function

目的分析优质护理用于支气管哮喘患者护理中的效果及对肺部功能的影响。方法选取自2019年6月至2020年6月新乡市中心医院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(优质护理)和对照组(常规护理),对比两组护理后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分、第1秒呼气的最大容积、呼气峰流速水平变化、并发症(肺部感染、电解质紊乱、溃疡)发生率、住院时间、哮喘发作频率、哮喘发作次数及干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、呼出气一氧化氮。结果观察组患者GQOLI-74评分、第1秒呼气的最大容积、呼气峰流速水平变化明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间较对照组短,哮喘发作频率较对照组低,哮喘发作次数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SAS评分、HAMD评分、呼出气一氧化氮较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在支气管哮喘患者的临床护理中对患者采取优质护理措施,能够改善患者肺功能、哮喘、气道炎症,缩短病程,减少并发症发生,有助于改善心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in nursing of patients with bronchial asthma and its impact on lung function.Methods A total of 78 patients with bronchial asthma who received treatment in Xinxiang Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group(high-quality nursing)and a control group(routine nursing)according to the random number table method.Compared two groups of nursing quality of life after comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)score,the biggest volume in 1 second,peak expiratory flow level changes,complications incidence(lung infection,electrolyte disorder,ulcer),length of hospital stay,number of frequency of asthma attack,attacks of asthma and anxiety before and after the intervention since the rating scale(SAS)scores,Hamilton depression scale(H AMD)score,exhaled nitric oxide.Results The changes of GQOLI-74 score,maximum expiratory volume in 1 second and peak expiratory flow rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a shorter hospital stay,a lower frequency of asthma attacks,and fewer asthma attacks than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after the intervention,the SAS score,HAMD score,and exhaled nitric oxide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking high-quality nursing measures in the clinical nursing of patients with bronchial asthma can improve the patients’lung function,asthma,airway inflammation,shorten the course of the disease,reduce the occurrence of complications,and help to improve the psychological state and improve the quality of life.
