医护一体化精准护理对先天性白内障患儿术后康复及家属护理工作满意度的影响

Influence of integrated medical and nursing precision nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of children with congenital cataract and nursing satisfaction of family members

目的分析医护一体化精准护理对先天性白内障患儿术后康复及家属护理工作满意度的影响。方法选取郑州市第二人民医院2018年1月至2021年1月期间收治的先天性白内障患儿96例作为研究对象,均行手术治疗,以SPSS软件包生成随机数字对研究对象行随机化处理,分成对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行基于常规护理的医护一体化精准护理干预。统计对比两组住院时间、家属护理工作满意度、并发症状况以及干预前、出院时心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组22.92%(P<0.05);出院时两组SDS评分、SAS评分少于干预前,且研究组少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理工作满意度100.00%高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化精准护理应用于先天性白内障患儿围手术期护理中,有助于缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生,增强家属护理工作满意度,改善家属心理状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated medical and nursing precision nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of children with congenital cataract and their family members’nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 96 children with congenital cataract who were admitted to Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,all of them received surgical treatment,and random numbers were generated by SPSS software package.And the observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received precision nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Statistical comparisons were made between the two groups of hospitalization time,family members’satisfaction with nursing work,complication status,and psychological status before intervention and at discharge[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score].Results The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 22.92%in the control group(P<0.05);At discharge,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the study group was less than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 100.00%higher than that in the control group,which was 83.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical-nursing integrated precision nursing in the perioperative nursing of children with congenital cataract can help shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the occurrence of complications,enhance the satisfaction of family members’nursing work,and improve the psychological state of family members.
