Monitoring and Evaluation of Effectiveness of Returning Grain Plots to Forest Project in Henan Province

退耕还林工程已在河南省实施、巩固了20年,目前正处于前一轮退耕还林已经结束,新一轮退耕还林启动实施的关键时期。将具有不同代表性的县(市)作为退耕还林效益监测样本县(全省重点监测区域),每年对社会经济效益、生态效益进行监测,取得了科学、真实的监测数据。

The project of returning farmland to forest has been implemented and consolidated in our province for 20 years.At present,our province is in a critical period when the previous round of returning farmland to forest has ended and a new round of returning farmland to forest has started.In our province,different representative counties(cities)are taken as the sample counties for monitoring the benefits of returning farmland to forests,and the counties are taken as the key monitoring areas of the whole province to monitor the social and economic benefits and ecological benefits every year,and scientific and real monitoring data are obtained.
