云南某铜矿全尾砂膏体充填系统设计实践 被引量:2

摘要 云南某铜矿区内保有铜矿石量4 118.20万t,含铜金属量44.57万t,平均品位1.08%,设计二期产能118万t/a,为大型规模。采用罐笼竖井+平硐+辅助斜坡道联合开拓,采矿方法采用无轨铲运机出矿为主的中深孔阶段空场嗣后充填法和浅孔留矿嗣后充填法,矿山尾矿库剩余库容不足150万m^(3),且无持续增容和新建尾矿库条件,要实现以充保采,须最大限度利用尾矿充填持续生产空区和治理前期开采遗留的老采空区,达到矿区持续开采的安全、环保和绿色发展。设计采用全尾砂+水泥膏体泵送充填,工艺流程为二选厂全尾砂→深锥浓密机浓密→立式搅拌槽搅拌→柱塞式充填泵输送充填,系统设计充填能力140~160 m^(3)/h,由2套系统组成,1用1备。 A copper mine in Yunnan holds a reserve of 41,182,000t of copper ore with the copper amount of 445,700t and average grade of 1.08%.The mine with its designed phase-2 capacity of 1,180,000t/a is large-scaled.With the development by the combination of cage shafts,adits and auxiliary ramps,and mining in the way of open stoping-delayed filling in medium deep hole stage and short-hole shrinkage-delayed filling,the remaining capacity of the tailings facility(TSF)is less than 1,500,000 m^(3).Without a condition to permit the capacity expansion or a new TSF,it’s necessary to maximize tailings backfilling for more empty area and handling of the old empty left by early mining,or ensure the mining by filling,so as to achieve sustainable,safe and green development of the mine.The pumping of unclassified tailings and cement paste is designed for backfilling.The process is unclassified tailings from 2nd concentrator-deep cone thickening-vertical tank agitating-transporting and filling by plunger pumps,comprising 2 systems,1 spare,with the designed filling capacity of 140~160 m^(3)/h.
