摘要
大红山铁矿地下400万t/a工程主胶带系统,由于矿山生产能力加大,要求提高胶带系统的运量。通过方案比选,采用了增大驱动轮直径的提速方案,经过3年多的实际生产,证明改造后的系统达到了预期的目的,取得了良好的经济效益。
The main belt conveying system for the 4000 kt/a project of Dahongshan Iron needs to improve its capacity due to increased mining capacity.Through scheme comparison,the option of increasing diameter of the driving drum was picked.More than 3 years of production proves that the modified system reaches the expected target and achieves good economic benefits.
