摘要
针对泥石流发育冲沟尾矿库的泥石流防治这一难题,在充分开展库区泥石流勘查的基础上,通过在已建排洪设施上游主控设施拦挡坝的设计,对泥石流起到了“水石分离”和“拦”的作用。与此同时,配套设置谷坊坝群对泥石流起到了“固”的作用,两者结合并加之利用沟谷内地形,形成人工阶梯-地形蓄泥消能系统。综合利用人工消能结构和自然消能结构,解决大坡度山区沟谷尾矿库坝体及排洪系统的安全受泥石流影响的问题。
To solve the tough problem of mudslide prevention and control in gully tailings facility(TSF)where mudslides are developed,a design of retaining dam for main control facilities upstream of existing flood discharge facilities is conducted based on full mudslides exploration in the TSF area and plays a role in“water-stone separation”and“blocking”of debris flow.At the same time,the supporting check dam group holds the debris flow.The combination of the two and the use of terrain in the gully form an artificial ladder-topographic mud storage and energy dissipation system.The artificial and natural energy dissipation structures are comprehensively used to solve the problem that the safety of the dam body and flood discharge system of the gully tailings pond in the steep mountain area is affected by debris flow.
