OSCE在新建三级医院化疗护士岗位准入中的应用研究

Application of OSCE in Post Admission of Chemotherapy Nurses in New Tertiary Hospital

目的探讨OSCE(objective structured clinical examination)模式在新建公立三级医院化疗护士岗位准入培训考核中的效果。方法采用德尔菲法对院内资深肿瘤及危重症专科且接收过系统OSCE培训的护士长进行访谈,确定我院化疗科室护士岗位准入考核的内容,选取2018年应届毕业生中完成2年规范化培训后38名定科在肿瘤专科需进行化疗的相关科室的护理人员,先进行一次理论及操作考核、满意度调查摸底,再进行化疗护理OSCE模式培训,并进行OSCE模式考核,培训后再组织38名护士进行相同知识点及操作项目进行考核,分析进行OSCE培训考核前后的成绩、满意度及肿瘤专科护理质量指标对比情况。结果38名护理人员接受OSCE模式培训后理论(相同考核知识点,题目不同)与操作项目、满意度等各项综合能力评分、满意度调查结果及肿瘤专科护理质量指标均高于OSCE培训前,化疗专科护理质量指标结果也明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSCE模式对于新建公立三级医院化疗护士岗位准入培训效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of OSCE mode in the assessment of chemotherapy nurses'job access training in new public tertiary hospitals.Methods Delphi method was used to determine the content of post admittance assessment for nurses in chemotherapy Department of our hospital.38 nursing staff in chemotherapy related departments were selected from the graduating students in 2018 after 2 years of standardized training.The OSCE mode training of chemotherapy nursing was carried out again,and the OSCE mode assessment was carried out.The comprehensive ability before and after the OSCE training assessment was analyzed.Results The comprehensive ability scores and satisfaction survey results of 38 nurses after OSCE training were higher than those before OSCE training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OSCE mode has a good effect on the post access training of chemotherapy nurses in new public tertiary hospitals.
