摘要
目的研究视、听、读写、动手(VARK)学习风格调查对皮肤科学生带教质量及满意度的影响。方法选择我院皮肤科进行实地学习的110名学生纳入研究对象,按照随机抽签方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组55名,对所有学生进行VARK学习风格调查问卷评测,并分析其学习方式分布情况;比较两组学习前后考核成绩、带教质量及学习期间学生对带教老师的满意度。结果单一类型学习风格学生占比最高,为38.18%,同时运用四种类型学习风格的学生最少,占比14.55%;单一类型学习风格学生中又以V风格为主,占其总数的45.24%,K风格最少,占其总数的11.91%。观察组学习后理论成绩、技能成绩显著高于学习前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习后体格检查、诊治方案、医患沟通、操作技能、整体能力评分显著高于学习前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生满意度为67.27%显著高于对照组47.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VARK学习风格调查能有效帮助带教老师提高皮肤科学生带教质量及学生满意度。
Objective To study the influence of Viewing,listening,reading,writing and hands on(VARK)learning style survey on the teaching quality and satisfaction of Dermatology students.Methods 110 students of dermatology department in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 students in each group.All the students were assessed by the questionnaire of VARK learning style,and the distribution of their learning styles was analyzed.The assessment results,teaching quality and students'satisfaction with teachers before and after learning were compared between the two groups.Results The single type of learning style students accounted for the highest proportion,38.18%,while the students who used four types of learning styles at the same time accounted for the least,accounting for 14.55%;among the students with single type of learning style,V style was the main one,accounting for 45.24%of the total,and K style was the least,accounting for 11.91%of the total.The theoretical score and skill score of the observation group after learning were significantly higher than those before learning and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical examination,diagnosis and treatment plan,doctor-patient communication,operation skills and overall ability of the observation group after learning were significantly higher than those before learning and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 67.27%,which was significantly higher than 47.27%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VARK learning style survey can effectively help teachers improve the teaching quality and satisfaction of dermatology students.
