摘要
目的分析研究将临床路径教学模式应用在外周血管介入教学中的价值。方法采取随机法将80名参与外周血管介入专业培训的医师平均分为对照组、观察组,平均每组40名医师。在分组过程中,两组医师均接受外周血管病情知识讲解,在此基础上,对照组医参与常规培训,观察组医师参与临床路径教学。分组结束后,对比两组医师培训认可度、考核成绩及实际培训效果。结果与对照组医师考核成绩进行比较,观察组医师考核成绩存在显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组医师培训认可度进行比较,观察组医师培训认可度存在显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对医师进行外周血管介入知识培训过程中,采用临床路径教学,能够有效激发医师学习兴趣,加强其独立思考及信息获取能力。除此之外,能够加强医师对培训的认可,提升其培训效率。临床路径的推广及应用使病情治疗有效率得到了显著提升,能使临床治疗效果得到改善,避免医疗资源浪费,降低患者治疗成本,该教学方法应在医师的培训过程中得到广泛的应用。
Objective To analyze and study the value of applying the clinical pathway teaching model in peripheral vascular interventional teaching.Methods A random method was adopted to divide 80 doctors who participated in the professional training of peripheral vascular intervention into the control group and the observation group,with an average of 40 doctors in each group.During the grouping process,both groups of doctors received explanations of peripheral vascular disease knowledge.On this basis,the control group doctors participated in routine training,and the observation group doctors participated in clinical path teaching.After the grouping,compare the two groups of doctors'training recognition,assessment results and actual training effects.Results Compared with the evaluation scores of doctors in the control group,there was a significant advantage in the evaluation scores of doctors in the observation group,P<0.05;compared with the recognition of doctors in the control group,there was a significant advantage in the evaluation of doctors in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of training doctors'knowledge of peripheral vascular intervention,clinical pathway teaching can effectively stimulate doctors'interest in learning and strengthen their ability of independent thinking and information acquisition.In addition,it can strengthen doctors'recognition of training and improve their training efficiency.The popularization and application of clinical pathway can improve the effective rate of treatment,improve the effect of clinical treatment,avoid the waste of medical resources and reduce the cost of treatment.This teaching method should be widely used in the training process of doctors.
