校企合作“双导师制”下育人路径探索及模式构建 被引量:4

摘要 基于“双导师制”的人才培养模式,是培养高层次应用型人才的有效途径,但在国内的实践案例更多集中于研究生教育层次,本科生鲜少涉及,且针对医药院校管理类专业的“双导师制”人才培养也近乎空白。山西中医药大学健康服务学院经过多年实践探索,创新性地构建出以“任务导向、制度保障、联动管理、深度融合、成果共享”为主要框架的校企合作“双导师制”本科协同育人模式,不仅实现了高校学生由校园到职场的无缝衔接,也有助于培育出了一批符合社会发展服务要求的高素质、强实践的应用型复合型人才,是高校创新性人才培养改革路径的一次积极探索。 The talent training mode based on"double tutoring system"is an effective way to train high-level applied talents,but the practice cases in China are more concentrated on the level of graduate education,the undergraduates are rarely involved,and the talent training of"double tutoring system"for management major of medical colleges and universities is almost blank.Through years of practice and exploration,Health Service and Management School of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has innovatively constructed a double tutoring system with the main framework of"task-oriented,system-guaranteed,linkage management,in-depth integration and achievement sharing",which not only realizes the seamless connection of college students from campus to the workplace,but also helps to cultivate a group of high-quality and strong practical applied talents who meet the requirements of social development services.It is an active exploration of the reform path of innovative talents training in colleges and universities.
