摘要
在高校临床药学实践教学中,新媒体融合技术可以为学生提供丰富的学习资源,让学生利用碎片化的学习时间,有效提升学习效果,加强师生沟通和交流,并有助于学生学习能力的培养。但在实践教学中,教师教学理念和新媒体资源、设施落后等问题,仍是不利于高校临床药学实践教学质量提升的制约因素。因此,本文就新媒体融合技术在临床药学实践教学应用中存在的问题和优势进行探讨。在明确理论和实践教学目标基础上,如何利用现有资源,开展基于PBL理论的翻转课堂,改进教学模式,并优化评价体系。以培养学生的专业素养、夯实专业知识、提高专业实践能力,增强其就业竞争力,培养契合“新医改”要求的高素质临床药师人才。
In the practice teaching of clinical pharmacy in colleges and universities,the new media integration technology can provide students with rich learning resources,make use of fragmented learning time,effectively improve the learning effect,strengthen the communication and communication between teachers and students,and contribute to the cultivation of students'learning ability.However,in practice teaching,teachers'teaching ideas,new media resources and facilities are still the restricting factors which are not conducive to improving the quality of clinical pharmacy practice teaching in Colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper discusses the problems and advantages of new media fusion technology in the application of simulated clinical pharmacy practice teaching.On the basis of clear theoretical and practical teaching objectives,how to use existing resources to carry out flipped classroom based on PBL theory,improve teaching mode and optimize evaluation system.In order to cultivate students'professional quality,consolidate professional knowledge,improve professional practice ability,enhance their employment competitiveness,and cultivate high-quality clinical pharmacists who meet the requirements of"new medical reform".
