摘要
对吉林省9所转型发展试点院校创新型人才培养模式进行实证调查,分析转型发展试点院校创新型人才培养现状及问题产生的原因,探寻STEM教育理念与转型发展试点院校创新型人才特征的契合点,借鉴STEM教育理念构建转型发展试点院校创新型人才培养模式。
This paper conducts an empirical investigation on the innovative talent training model of 9 transitional development pilot colleges in Jilin Province, analyzes the current situation of innovative talent training in the transitional development pilot colleges and causes of problems, and explores the point of convergence between STEM educational concepts and the characteristics of innovative talents in pilot institutions for transformation and development, draw on the concept of STEM education to build an innovative talent training model for transitional development pilot colleges.
