新文科视角下文科产业学院建设的困境与破局

The Predicaments and Its Solution for the Construction of Liberal Arts Industry College from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设是我国进入新时代对文科教育提出的愿景,也是其肩负的使命,具有非常丰富的内涵。对于高校来说,紧紧抓住新文科内涵中最切中自身情况和特点的要义加快建设才更为关键,如文科应用型高校当前迫切的任务是通过产教融合、校企合作打造鲜明的应用型特色。深化产教融合、校企合作,建立政府、行业、企业、协会等多主体、多功能的文科产业学院则是实现这一目标的重要途径。由于文科专业具有学科知识宽度大、对应行业领域广、对口工作岗位不唯一等特点,其产业学院的建设不完全等同于理工科产业学院建设,存在其自身的困境,表现为寻求合作主体困难、功能局限单一、合作深度不够等。更新合作观念、创新合作模式以及革新合作逻辑等,是破解文科产业学院困境的主要途径。

The construction of new liberal arts is the future vision that China has proposed to liberal arts education in the new era,and it is the mission for liberal arts education to be shouldered,which has rich connotation.For universities,it is critical to speed up the construction by grasping the essence of the connotation of new liberal arts mostly relevant to their own situation and characteristics.For example,the current urgent task of liberal arts application-oriented universities is to create distinctive application-oriented characteristics through the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.We should deepen the integration of industry and education,cooperate between university and enterprise,and establish the liberal arts industry colleges with multiple subjects and multiple functions among the government,industry,enterprise,and association.This should be regarded as the important way to realize the goal.Due to the characteristics of liberal arts majors,for example,the broad disciplinary knowledge,the wide corresponding industry field,and various corresponding jobs etc.,the construction of its industry college is not equivalent to the construction of science and engineering industrial college,and there exist its own predicaments such as difficulty in seeking cooperation subject,single and limited function,and insufficient depth in cooperation etc.To solve the predicaments of liberal arts industry colleges,we should renew the cooperative ideas,innovate the cooperative mods,and reform the cooperative logics.
