摘要
针对目前双列角接触球轴承滚道磨削加工方法的缺点,以其中一种规格的双列角接触球轴承3756206为例,对其结构特点进行分析,通过数控编程和金刚笔修整砂轮相结合,采取了新型滚道加工方式。该加工方法的采用有效提高了轴承滚道加工质量,使加工效率提升一倍以上,同时缩短了生产周期。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current double row angular contact ball bearing raceway grinding methods,it takes the double row angular contact ball bearings with specification of 3756206 as an example,analyzes its structural characteristics.Through the combination of numerical control programming and diamond pen dressing grinding wheel,it adopts the new raceway processing method,effectively improves the bearing raceway processing quality,more than doubles the processing efficiency,and shortens the production cycle.
