实体保持架锁量加工设备的设计改进

摘要 通过对现行成品轴承装配过程中保持架外径、内径方向锁球和滚子方法的分析,提出设计改进一种新型设备,采用精准定位的方式方法,实现钢球和滚动体的锁紧。该过程操作简单,对于不同外径或内径尺寸的轴承只需调节工装定位装置,旋转轴承即可完成在保持架外径或内径上进行锁紧。杜绝了因人工凿印及老式加工设备进行锁紧导致锁量不一致,而产生掉球或滚子的现象。该设计改进降低了工人的劳动强度,大大提高了生产效率,提升了产品锁紧量的一致性。 Based on the analysis of the method of locking ball or roller in the direction of outer diameter and inner diameter of cage in the assembly process of finished bearings,a new type of machine is proposed to realize the locking of steel ball and rolling element by means of precise positioning.This process is simple to operate.For bearings with different outer diameter or inner diameter sizes,it can be locked on the outer diameter or inner diameter of the cage only by adjusting the fixture positioning device.It puts an end to the manual chiseling and old-fashioned processing machine which lead to inconsistent locking amount and produce the phenomenon of ball or roller dropping.The design improvement reduces the labor intensity of workers,greatly improves the production efficiency,and ensures the consistency of product locking amount.
