基于ANSYS的SUC鼓型橡胶护舷防冲板的有限元分析

摘要 鼓型橡胶护舷防冲板是港口防冲体系中的重要装置,如何有效合理分析复杂船舶荷载冲击下的受力特点是进行其结构设计的关键技术问题。以大连某实际工程为例,基于通用有限元软件ANSYS建立了SUC鼓型橡胶护舷防冲板的三维计算模型,开展了四种典型靠泊方式的仿真研究。针对防冲板中的关键部位进行了应力和变形研究,并对护舷选型及船舶停泊方式进行综合评估。研究成果为类似防冲板的结构设计及改良提供了参考与借鉴。 The drum rubber fender is an important device in the harbor anti-impact system.How to effectively and rationally analyze the bearing characteristics of complex ships under loading impact is the key technical problem in its structural design.Taking an actual project in Dalian as an example,established a three-dimensional calculation model of SUC drum rubber fender anti-scouring plate based on ANSYS.Carried out a simulation analysis of four typical berthing methods.For the key parts,the stress and deformation of the anti-scouring plate are studied.The choice of the fender and the docking method of the ship are comprehensively evaluated.The results provide reference for the structural design and optimization.
