高校二级单位网站绩效评价指标体系构建研究

据调查,目前大多数高等学校二级单位网站大都部署在了网站集群上,是高校信息化建设非常重要的组成部分,其建设和维护水平在一定程度上决定了高校信息化发展情况,因此对高校二级单位网站的绩效进行评价有利于提升高校网站建设。文章在分析了现有网站绩效评价指标体系和评价模型的基础上,结合现有工作经验和工作基础,从网站集群建设管理的角度,构建了一套非常实用的高校二级单位网站绩效评价指标体系。

According to the survey, at present, most secondary unit websites of colleges and universities are deployed on the website cluster, which is a very important part of university information construction. Its construction and maintenance level determines the development of university information to a certain extent. Therefore, evaluating the performance of secondary unit websites of colleges and universities is conducive to improve the construction of university websites. Based on the analysis of the existing website performance evaluation index system and evaluation model, combined with the existing work experience and work foundation, this paper constructs a set of very practical website performance evaluation index system of secondary units in colleges and universities from the perspective of website cluster construction and management.
