摘要
目的:探究320排CT血管造影检查冠状动脉粥样硬化与心肌桥影像特点的相关性。方法:对142例实施冠状动脉CT血管造影检查的患者资料进行回顾性分析。研究其左前降支发生心肌桥与该支血管发生动脉硬化的相关性。结果:142例患者检出左前降支心肌桥的有105例,检出率为73.9%;左前降支检出硬化斑块95例,检出率为66.9%;CT检出左前降支心肌桥的患者发生硬化斑块和未检出心肌桥的患者相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生心肌桥且发生硬化斑块的病例有73例;心肌桥的厚度与发生硬化斑块的管腔狭窄程度有统计学意义(P<0.05);心肌桥的长度与发生硬化斑块的管腔狭窄程度未发现统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:320排CT可以较好地检出心肌桥,但心肌桥的形成和冠状动脉硬化没有直接的联系,对于同时有心肌桥、动脉硬化的病例,心肌桥的厚度可以影响发生硬化血管的管腔狭窄程度。
Objective: To explore the correlation between coronary atherosclerosis and the imaging characteristics of myocardial bridge by 320-slice CT angiography. Methods: The data of 142 patients undergoing coronary CT angiography were retrospectively analyzed. To study the correlation between the occurrence of myocardial bridge in the left anterior descending branch and the occurrence of arteriosclerosis in this branch. Results: 105 cases of left anterior descending branch myocardial bridge were detected in 142 patients, the detection rate was 73. 9%;95 cases of left anterior descending branch were detected with sclerosis plaque, the detection rate was 66. 9%;CT detected left anterior descending branch myocardial bridge. There was no statistically significant comparison between patients with hardened plaques and those without myocardial bridges(P> 0. 05);73 cases of myocardial bridges and hardened plaques;the thickness of myocardial bridges and the degree of luminal stenosis of hardened plaques was statistically significant(P<0. 05);the length of myocardial bridge and the degree of luminal stenosis of hardened plaque were not found to be statistically significant(P>0. 05). Conclusion: 320-slice CT can better detect myocardial bridges, but the formation of myocardial bridges is not directly related to coronary atherosclerosis. For cases with both myocardial bridges and arteriosclerosis, the thickness of the myocardial bridge can affect the vascular sclerosis and the degree of cavity stenosis.
