秦万章血分论治寻常型银屑病组方规律分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:基于“中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)”软件,研究秦万章教授治疗寻常型银屑病的组方用药规律。方法:收集秦万章教授治疗寻常型银屑病初诊医案100例,研究药物的使用频次、关联规则,提取核心药物组合。结果:常见的银屑病相关临床症状为瘙痒、干燥脱屑等。在100份处方中,涉及中药93味,辨病基本方为:黄芪、丹参、赤芍、川芎、郁金、乌梅、大青叶、珍珠母、甘草,发现药对10组,新处方5张。结论:通过分析秦教授治疗寻常型银屑病的用药规律,可为总结名中医经验提供客观依据。 Objective:To study the prescription medication rule of professor QIN Wanzhang in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris based on the software of“TCM Inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)”.Methods:A total of 100 initial cases of psoriasis vulgaris treated by professor QIN were collected and the frequency of their drug use and the association rules were further studied.The cores of drug combination were extracted.Results:The common clinical symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris were pruritus,desquamation and so on.Among the 100 prescriptions,93 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were involved,and the basic prescriptions for disease differentiation were Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix paeoniae,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Turmeric root,Dark plum,Chinese green leaf,Nacre.Ten groups of drug pairs and five new prescriptions were found.Conclusion:By analyzing the medication rule of professor QIN in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,we can provide an objective basis for summing up the experience of famous TCM.
