二醋酯/棉混纺面料的印花工艺

研究二醋酯/棉混纺织物的印花性能,得出最佳印花工艺。分散/活性染料一浴印花工艺配方为:染料(上海雅运雅格鑫系列)0%~2%,防染盐1%,小苏打2%,尿素5%,海藻酸钠糊50%,其余为水。最佳工艺流程为:称料→化料→刮样→烘干→焙烘→蒸化→热水洗→皂洗→水洗→熨干。最佳蒸化工艺为:102℃,8 min。面料经过后整理后,染色牢度均在3.5级或以上,且成品面料二醋酯纤维质量分数在1%以内。

The printing performance of diacetate/cotton blended fabric was studied,and the best printing process was obtained.The formula of one bath printing process with disperse/reactive dyes is as follows:dye(Shanghai Yayon Yagexin series)0%~2%,anti-contamination salt 1%,baking soda 2%,urea 5%,sodidrn alginate paste 50%,the rest is water.The best process flow is:weighing material→chemical material→scraping sample→drying→baking→evaporation→hot water washing→soap washing→water washing→ironing dry.The optimum evaporation process is:102℃,8 min.After finishing,the dyeing fastness of the finished fabric is above grade 3.5,and the diacetate fiber mass fraction of the finished fabric is within 1%.
