摘要
城市轨道交通车辆辅助供电系统是保障列车安全稳定运行和乘客出行体验的重要装置。针对传统工频隔离型辅助供电系统装置体积和重量大的缺点,提出了一种前级采用串入并出Boost级联LLC(电感-电感-电容)谐振变换器,以兼顾宽范围电压输入能力和软开关特性,后级采用三相四桥臂逆变器多机下垂并联控制,以实现集中式供电和带不平衡负载能力的系统架构。此举对城市轨道交通车辆的轻量化设计目标有较大意义。此外,还结合电力电子领域的前沿技术,探讨了未来辅助供电系统的发展趋势及相关的技术难题。
Auxiliary power supply system of urban rail transit vehicles is an important part to ensure vehicle safe operation and passenger travel experience.Targeting the shortcomings of large volume and weight of the conventional line-frequency based isolated auxiliary power supply system,a new system architecture,where the front stage adopts′series input and parallel output′Boost cascade LLC resonant converter,to ensure the wide range of input voltage and soft switching characteristics,and the rear stage adopts three-phase four-leg inverter droop control,to realize centralized power supply,with unbalanced load capacity.It has significant meanings to the goal of lightweight design of urban rail transit vehicles.In addition,considering the cutting-edge technology in the field of power electronics,the development trend and related technical difficulties of auxiliary power supply system are discussed.
