语音识别技术在城市轨道交通自动售检票系统中还未全面推广应用,多数仍为试点运行,未从线网层进行整体规划建设。文章通过全方位研究语音识别技术在自动售检票系统中应用的业务流程、功能需求、关键技术和系统架构,论证得出语音识别技术在城市轨道交通中的应用推广具有积极意义。

Speech recognition technology has not been fully promoted and applied in the automatic fare collection system of urban rail transit,and most metro companies are still piloting them and have not carried out overall planning and construction from the network layer.Through a comprehensive study of the business process,functional requirements,key technologies and system architecture of the application of speech recognition in the automatic fare collection system,the result shows that it is of positive significance for the application and promotion of speech recognition technology in urban rail transit.
