日本速通票务发展历程及未来展望

摘要 始于2001年9月东海道新干线区段的东海道山阳新干线网络预约和车票无纸化服务“速通预约”在2021年9月迎来其诞生20周年。此间,使用“速通票务”的乘客人数一直在增加。截至2021年8月末,“速通预约”和“速通移动在线”的会员数总计达到830万人。从东海道新干线对号入座席位的各渠道预约量占比来看,已经有大约一半的预约是经由互联网做出的;可见,网络预约已形成了为数众多的使用群体。在此,文章将对“速通票务”服务的发展历史以及今后的发展方向进行介绍。 The network reservation and paper-free ticketing service "express reservation" of Tokaido-Sanyo shinkansen (high speed rail) which had been announced since September 2001 from the Tokaido shinkansen section celebrated its 20th anniversary in September 2021.During this period,the number of passengers using "express service" has been increasing.By the end of August 2021,membership of "express reservation" and "smart express" had reached 8.3 million.Judging from the proportion of seats booking for the reserve seats on the Tokaido shinkansen trains,about half of the reservations have been made through the Internet.It can be seen that the online reservation system has a large number of users.Here,the article will introduce the development history and future development direction of "express service".
