摘要 加拿大学龄儿童课后服务模式的基本特点是:政府在以多项立法规范统管课后托管服务的同时,注重社区与民间组织的紧密合作,形成了多层次服务供给体系。课后服务项目一般由学业提升、技能培训和休闲活动三个部分构成。加拿大学龄儿童课后托管服务制度体系建设具有立法过程比较顺利、儿童全面发展观得以落实、文化多样性受到尊重、儿童身心健康受到特别关注和弱势群体受到优待等特点。为确保课后服务质量,加拿大政府采取了全方位督导、制定严格的安全制度、实时收集托管机构相关数据、遵循科学理论指导等多项措施。
