部编教材背景下语文教师应具备的民俗文化素养 被引量:1

摘要 将优秀的民俗文化内容有计划地编入语文教材是对语文教材建设的基本要求,也是传承优秀民俗文化的需要。现行部编版中小学语文教材编排了大量的民俗文化内容,并涉及诸多类型。语文教师要想充分发挥教材中民俗文化的多方面教育功能,就必须具有强烈的民俗文化自信心和责任心、丰富的民俗文化知识以及民俗文化价值判断与课程开发能力,同时还应拥有民俗文化的多元课程资源观和课程的民俗文化整体观。并应通过职前培养、职后培训以及自主学习等多路径来提高中小学语文教师的民俗文化素养。 It is the basic requirement for the construction of Chinese textbooks to integrate the content of excellent folk culture into Chinese textbooks,and it is also the need for inheriting excellent folk culture.The current Ministry-edited Chinese textbooks for primary and secondary schools have compiled a large number of folk culture contents and involved many types.If Chinese teachers want to give full play to the multi-faceted educational functions of folk culture in textbooks,they should have strong self-confidence of folk culture and sense of responsibility,rich folk culture knowledge,and the ability to judge folk culture values and develop course programs.Meanwhile they should have the concept of multiple curriculum resources and an overall view of the folk culture.It is necessary to improve the folk culture competency of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools through multiple means such as pre-service training,post-service training and autonomous learning.
