摘要
为研究重载卡车对露天矿运输道路边坡的影响,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的手段对常见的车辆荷载计算理论进行分析,推导了边坡坡顶受均布荷载时的安全稳定系数计算公式,将车辆荷载简化为荷载静力学分析中的线源荷载。结果表明:施加满载荷载111 t的徐工XDR85T车辆荷载时,北帮边坡稳定系数由1.258下降至1.186,边坡坡体处于稳定状态,车辆应保持道路外侧距坡顶线规定距离4 m,同时应在北帮550台阶加强边坡监测,并尽快进行压帮内排。
In order to study the effect of heavy load truck on transport road slope in the open-pit mine, the article uses the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to analyze the common vehicle load calculation theory, derives safety and stability coefficient calculation formula by the slope top under uniform load. The vehicle load is simplified as line source load in load static analysis. The results show that when XDR85T with full load of 111T, the stability coefficient of north slope decreases from 1.258 to1.186, and the slope body is in a stable state. Vehicles should keep the road outside 4 m from the top line of the slope, at the same time, we strengthen the slope monitoring at the 550 steps of the north slope, and conduct the inner dumping of the pressure slope as soon as possible.
