摘要
为了研究霍林河北露天矿边坡监测预警体系构成及应急响应机制的运行效果,介绍了监测预警体系常用的监测手段和应急响应机制;分析了边坡雷达、GNSS监测、无人机等监测手段在滑坡灾害发生过程中的监测预警作用,讨论了北露天矿应急响应机制的组织构成、预警机制、应对措施和实施流程,以北露天矿西坑北帮滑坡为案例研究了该矿边坡监测预警和应急响应机制的运转情况。应用表明:北露天矿边坡雷达等监测手段能有效预报预警滑坡灾害,应急响应机制合理、运转流畅。
In order to study the composition of the slope monitoring and early warning system in North Open-pit Mine and the operation effect of the emergency response mechanism, the article introduces the commonly used monitoring methods and emergency response mechanism of the monitoring and early warning system, analyzes the monitoring and early warning functions of slope radar, GNSS monitoring, drones and other monitoring methods in the process of landslide disaster, and discusses the organizational structure, early warning mechanism, countermeasures and implementation process of the emergency response mechanism of North Open-pit Mine. Taking north slope landslide in the mine west pit as a case, the article studies the operation of the mine’s slope monitoring, early warning and emergency response mechanism. The application shows that monitoring methods such as slope radar in the North Open-pit Mine can effectively predict and warn landslide disasters, and the emergency response mechanism is reasonable and smooth.
