西湾露天煤矿运输系统优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 对西湾露天煤矿现行运输系统进行优化设计,将露天矿原有的两侧非工作帮环形岩石运输以及内排土场东侧运煤专线系统优化设计为在采场中部与内排台阶搭接中间岩桥为主运输线路,两侧端帮线路配合(断桥时)运输的系统形式。优化结果表明:优化后,煤层上部主要岩石剥离运距大大缩短,降低了运输成本;废掉原有运煤专线,释放了内排空间;废除原两侧端帮大型自卸卡车运输道路,减少了端帮煤炭资源压覆,提高了资源回采率;同时两侧端帮运输线路废除后,减少了线路的移设工程量,达到降低生产成本,提高生产效率的目的。 The optimization design of Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine transportation system is carried out, the article optimizes the original circular rock transportation system with non-working slope on both sides and the special line system for transporting coal on the east side of the inner dump, the main transportation route is the rock bridge which is connected with the step of the inner dumping in the middle of the stope, and two sides of the bridge are coordinated with each other when the bridge is broken. After optimization, the distance of the main rocks in the upper part of the coal seam is greatly shortened and the transportation cost is reduced;the original dedicated coal transportation line is abolished to release the inner discharge space;the transportation road of the large dump trucks on both sides of the original coal seam is abolished to reduce the overburden of the coal resources on the side of the coal seam, at the same time, after the abolition of the two sides transport line, the project amount of the line is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is increased.
