摘要
为及时发现和控制矿用自卸卡车电动轮驱动系统的早期机械故障,避免故障发展带来次生灾害,影响行车安全;通过在线监测矿车电动轮的运行振动数据,利用基于振动信号分析的旋转设备故障诊断技术,开发了针对矿车电动轮的在线监测故障诊断系统。通过试验台测试系统可行性后,在某露天矿进行装车工业试验验证。结果表明:振动监测及故障诊断系统可对矿车电动轮进行有效的机械故障预判、故障诊断及故障定位。
In order to detect and control early mechanical failures in the operation of mining truck wheel drives in time, and avoid the development of failures to bring secondary disasters to the entire truck and impact on the safety of driving operations, we develop an on-line monitoring fault diagnosis system for mining truck’s wheel drive by using the fault diagnosis technology of rotating equipment based on vibration signal analysis;through on-line monitoring of wheel drive vibration data, we test the feasibility of the system through a test bench, and carry out a loading test in an open-pit mine to verify that the system function is effective. The results show that the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system can effectively predict mechanical faults, fault diagnosis and fault location of mining truck wheel drives.
